If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents in time.

A clear passport photo page, including name, photo, date of birth, place of birth, passport date of issue, and date of expiry. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months.

*3. Police Clearance Certificate

Police Clearance Certificate issued by local government or Character Certificate by the school with a recent date.

*4. High school diploma (or equivalent, such as IB, A Level, etc.)

Must be in Chinese or English, stamped by the High school and signed by the High school’s headmaster. Translated Copy must be notarized.

*5. Transcripts of all grades(semesters) of high school

Must be in Chinese or English, stamped by the High school and signed by the High school’s headmaster. Translated Copy must be notarized.

*6. Financial Supporting Materials (Deposit Certificate, Bank Account balance details, etc)

Written in the teaching language of the applied program, including basic personal information, contact information, educational background (starting from senior high school), work or internship experience (if any), extracurricular activity participation, awards, hobbies, etc. The downtime between different experiences should not exceed 6 months.

*8. Physical Examination Form

-Download the form template, print it, and bring it to a hospital for the required medical tests. The hospital will complete the form with your results.
-The medical examination must cover all items listed on the form.
-Ensure your photo is attached and the form is stamped and signed by the hospital after the examination.
-The medical results are valid for 6 months only.
-Forms that are incomplete, lack a final physician’s suggestion, missing the attending physician’s signature, official hospital stamp, or applicant’s sealed photo or contain abnormal examination results will be considered invalid.
-The document must be in English or Chinese.

*9. Statement of Financial Support

-Download the specific template required by the university from CUCAS.
-Your financial guarantor must fill it on computer, print it, sign, and provide a scanned copy of the signed document.
-The financial guarantor is usually one of your parents; you cannot be your own guarantor.
-The document must be in English or Chinese.

10. Other documents if applicable (other certificates, letters of recommendation, transfer letter, working certificate, etc.)

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
