Entry Requirements
1. Non-Chinese citizens with good physical and mental health;

4. Applicants who have one of the following circumstances must hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for at least 4 years, and have resided abroad for at least 2 years in the past 4 years (before April 30 of the enrollment year) before submitting their application as an international student:（1）Born in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan, and acquired foreign nationality.（2）Both parents (or one of them) are Chinese citizens and reside in a foreign country, while the applicant himself/herself has foreign nationality from the time of birth.
5. Age Range of Applicants Scholarship application: 18 to 35 years old
6. Educational background: High school graduate or equivalent;
7. Language Level: HSK Level 4 (180 points) or above.

Program Description
Objectives of Study: This major aims at developing knowledge, ability and quality all-round development to master the field of automation basic theory, basic knowledge and professional skills, and enterprises engaged industrial automation for manufacturing systems, automation equipments, intelligent transportation and other aspects of engineering design, technology development, system operation management and maintenance work of complex automation engineering and technical personnel.
Core courses: Circuit Theory, Electronics, Digital Logic circuit, Principles & Interface Techniques of Micro-computer, Automatic Control Principle, Principles and Applications of the Programmable Logic Control, Sensor and Detection Thechnology, DCS and Field Bus Technology, Process control, Computer Control Technology
Major practice part: Professional practice, Social skills, Engineering-Basic Training, Subject & major course practice, Comprehensive experimental, Graduate practice and Graduate project (paper)

A clear passport photo page, including name, photo, date of birth, place of birth, passport date of issue, and date of expiry. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months.
If you have ever been to China or are currently in China, you need to submit all relevant visa pages.*3. Police Clearance Certificate
Police Clearance Certificate issued by local government or Character Certificate by the school with a recent date.
*4. HSK CERTIFICATE

Must be in Chinese or English, stamped by the High school and signed by the High school’s headmaster. Translated Copy must be notarized.

7. Other documents if applicable (other certificates, letters of recommendation, transfer letter, working certificate, etc.)
*8. Physical Examination Form
-Download the form template, print it, and bring it to a hospital for the required medical tests. The hospital will complete the form with your results.

-The medical examination must cover all items listed on the form.
-Ensure your photo is attached and the form is stamped and signed by the hospital after the examination.
-The medical results are valid for 6 months only.
-Forms that are incomplete, lack a final physician’s suggestion, missing the attending physician’s signature, official hospital stamp, or applicant’s sealed photo or contain abnormal examination results will be considered invalid.
-The document must be in English or Chinese.*9. Resume
Written in the teaching language of the applied program, including basic personal information, contact information, educational background (starting from senior high school), work or internship experience (if any), extracurricular activity participation, awards, hobbies, etc. The downtime between different experiences should not exceed 6 months.
*10. Statement of Financial Support
-Download the specific template required by the university from CUCAS.

-Your financial guarantor must fill it on computer, print it, sign, and provide a scanned copy of the signed document.
-The financial guarantor is usually one of your parents; you cannot be your own guarantor.
-The document must be in English or Chinese.*11. Personal Statement
Written in the teaching language of the applied program, within 1000 words with the description of the applicant's background, application purpose, reasons for major selection, learning planning, etc. to demonstrate personal thoughts, abilities, and characteristics.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - How to Apply
